• No personal attacks, bullying, or harassment
• Respect cultural and religious differences

2. Share Responsibly

• Share from your own experience as a parent
• Do not share other people's personal information
• Do not post photos of other people's children
• Be mindful that your advice may influence parenting decisions

3. No Medical Advice

• Do not diagnose conditions or recommend medications
• Do not recommend specific dosages or treatments
• Always encourage consulting a healthcare professional
• Sharing personal experiences is fine; prescribing is not

4. Prohibited Content

• Spam, advertising, or promotional content
• Harmful or dangerous parenting practices
• Misinformation about vaccines or child health
• Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive language
• Inappropriate or explicit content

5. Reporting

If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it. We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or account suspension.

6. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Content removal
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account ban for repeated violations
