Welcome to Mahd. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Mahd is a child development tracking application that helps parents monitor their children's growth, milestones, vaccinations, and health from birth to age 5. The app provides informational guidance based on WHO and Saudi MOH standards.

2. Not Medical Advice

Mahd is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The information provided, including growth charts, milestone checklists, and vaccination schedules, is for informational and tracking purposes only. Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider for medical decisions regarding your child.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information about your children
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Guest accounts are temporary; verify your profile to secure your data

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

5. Data Accuracy

The vaccination schedules in Mahd are based on the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Health (MOH) immunization program. While we strive for accuracy, schedules may change. Always verify with your healthcare provider.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Mahd application, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mahd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on the information provided in the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
